Charlotte Rice '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi!! My name is Charlotte Rice and I am a rising Junior in Boston, MA. I started rowing at the end of 8th grade when my dad suggested I try it out and even though I was rowing in a barge for the 3 months I couldn't help but fall in love with it. Ever since that moment I have spent almost everyday in and out of the boathouse and my life since then has consisted of bandaids, tape and endless carpooling. Going to a small school with not many athletics, rowing gave me a community and the discipline that I needed going into highschool. It allowed me to grow outside of the bubble that I had been living in. As I continue my last couple years in highschool I looking forward to learning as much as I can about the sport and growing along with it.
