Caroline Spina '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi I’m Caroline! And I am currently a Senior at Holy Spirit High School. I am very eager to continue the sport I love in college which is Rowing. I have been rowing at Holy Spirit since freshman year and each year I get more excited about the future and continuing what I love at whichever college fits me best. I strongly believe that I am an excellent candidate to be apart of any team with my strong work ethic to make myself the best that I can be as well as working with my team to achieve new goals along the way by working together and building strong and dependable relationships with my teammates. What makes me different than other recruits is my persistent and determined personality that drives me to never give up on the high expectations I have for myself because I know how to push myself each and every day to be the person I know I can be. As for athletics, there are days that really challenge me whether it’s a tough workout on the erg or out on the water in the boat I push myself to not give up and to persevere through whatever obstacles I may face. Academically I take classes I know I can do well in but still have a challenge, I take my classes very seriously and always do my personal best in every subject. I am very dedicated to my schoolwork and am excited to continue to work on my education in college. I also take part in numerous clubs within my school such as Spirit Committee, Yearbook Committee, Student Government and I am also a Spirit Ambassador. I enjoy being apart of these clubs to stay connected with my school environment. For academics in college I am interested in Business Finance and possibly getting a Law degree. Overall I believe I will make a great student athlete at any college I decide to attend.
