I started rowing as a novice my freshman year of high school. Within a year, during my next season, I made improvements that led me to many medals. I made these improvements through determination, grit, and keeping a positive mindset, no matter the conditions. I realize that I still have much of my rowing career left, and with that, time to reach my absolute fullest potential and beyond, through being a determined, gritty, and positive person, on and off the water.
