My goals have always been to be better than what I am now. I always push myself, because I know there’s always room from improvement. Most of the coaches I’ve had always mention that I take constructive criticism very well, by this it means that I don’t get angry if I'm doing something wrong during a game or even at practice. I listen to what they have to say, I take their tips and I fix what I’m doing wrong. I think constructive criticism is an important key for me, because I know that other coaches may just put out a player who doesn’t like being told what they need to improve on.
