Maddie Mitchell '29 Recruiting Profile

Throughout my years as a soccer player in the ECNL, I discovered that I thrive on the intensity of the center-back position. I enjoy being the voice that my teammates hear, reading the game, creating crucial opportunities, and eliminating opposing attacks. The strong attributes I bring to my team are the ability to tackle under pressure, head the ball, intercept passes, and not only clear the ball, but to direct it to the feet of my teammates. I was voted as team captain by my team because of my ability to organize the team, communicate effectively on the field, and be a liaison between my coach and the team.
