Mackenzie Simpson '23 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals are to compete at the highest level in soccer and also attain a degree in veterinary medicine.  I believe what makes me a good candidate is the passion for this sport, I always put all my effort in performing at my best.  I am a dedicated individual, I strive to help myself as well as my teammates to be successful.  I consider myself a go getter, I set my mind to things and figure out the best course of action to accomplish it. 

I believe what separates me from other recruits are my technical abilities, speed and vision of the field and game.  I am both aggressive on and off the ball, I tend to see things before it happens and support my teammates in times of need.

In regards to my academics, I pride myself to stay on top of my school work.  I tend to not fall behind and stay ahead of the game, so I don't play the catch up race.  Academics is something that is very important to me that was taught to me by my parents.
