Hello, my name is Kaylee Cormier and I attend Manchester High School in Manchester, Connecticut, class of 2024.
I started playing soccer and fell instantly in love at the age of 3 and have been playing ever since. I never have been one to give up on the field even when things are not going well for me or my team, but I keep pushing until the final second of play. I consider myself a coachable player who will take critiques as constructive advice which improves my game play and I have been lucky to have had some pretty amazing mentors who have been instrumental in that guidance. Over the years, I have played all positions, but am strongest in a midfield or forward position.
In addition to soccer, I also run on my high school's track team. I participate in the 4x100 relay, and high jump as my main events. Track not only keeps me in shape for soccer, but it also has greatly increased my overall speed and endurance. Whether it is academics, playing soccer or other activities, I strive to do my best while continuing to grow and learn. I am determined to play soccer beyond my high school years and hope to get this opportunity to prove my value to a school and their team in the near future!
