The best thing about soccer is that, though it doesn't define me, I have defined myself through soccer. Every time I step on the field, it's a testament to how hard I have worked to get to where I am and a reminder not only to continue to work hard towards my goals in life, but also that if I do, I can achieve anything I set my mind to. As many times as I've been knocked down, in the game and in life, physically and emotionally, I have learned that I have the strength to always get back up and keep going.
