Personal Statement

My goal is to play soccer at a college that is both academically and athletically challenging.  I take great pride in being a student-athlete who can balance the intellectual demands of school with the physical demands of sports.  

I’m competitive, hard-working, dependable, and consistent.  My teammates describe me as a defensive force, and my coach has called me the “best, most naturally-gifted defender he has ever coached.” I’m a leader on the field and in the classroom and am passionate about succeeding in both areas.
