From the early age of five, I developed a passion for soccer. My deeply rooted competitive nature and outgoing personality was drawn to the field. Soccer truly has become my life and has shaped my character in countless ways.
Through soccer, I have learned discipline, accountability, and how to be a team player. I've learned how to overcome and deal with failure, frustrations, and both physical and mental challenges.
Through adversity, soccer has given me a sense of purpose and has driven me to persevere. For a long time, I was the smallest player on all of my teams. To substitute for my lack of size, I learned to utilize my strengths of speed and agility. As I've grown, these attributes have also developed and have made made me an overall better athlete. I look forward to continuing to grow and develop throughout my college career.
