Siena NcGeachy '24 Recruiting Profile

Thanks for checking out my profile.  Soccer is my passion,  I started at 4 years old playing for AYSO, quickly moved on to club soccer at age 7. Looking for more of a challenge, I continued onto  play for Yankee United (NPL) , Connecticut Football Club (CFC)  Arsenal EDP (as Captain), and Connecticut ODP.  

For the 2023 season, I decided to acccept a position on Trumbull United U17 Thunder (player #6).  While on CFC, I played against TU and was very impressed.  I knew many of the players from my high school team, respected  Coach Tyler Jorge and the Director/Coach Jaime Jorge. I requested private lessons to see if it would be a good fit for me.    I am now looking forward to starting the season and developing into the next level player in preparation for college.

I am most comfortable playing outside midfield.   However,  I am open to any position that may seem to be the  best fit for my future college team (including defense which I played for on CT ODP team). 

My strengths are the ability to read plays quickly, react and plant the ball where it needs to be for a goal.  I am very comfortable taking corner kicks, tenaciously protect the ball along the sidelines and know when to head the ball when needed.  

The best part of soccer is being part of a team, working together and ultimately winning.
