My name is Skye Dias. I am verbally committed to UCF. I am a Junior, class of 2025. I wanted to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me The two best things about me are first, I'm really fast and Second, I am super physical. I qualified for 4A state track in the 100, 200, and high jump. I’m a junior and I just finished my high school soccer season at Eustis Highschool with a total of 54 goals this season. Which put me 2nd in the state for most goals. I also play on the Rush DPL team out of Orlando where I average 2 goals per game. My team hasn’t lost any games that I have played in. I was MVP of the WAGs tournament in Virginia with 6 goals and 3 assists. I also had 4 goals and 2 assists at the Disney tournament this January. I have bounced around from Utah, Brazil, Hawaii, and now Florida which has been a positive because I know I can compete with any of those girls in any of those places. The only negative is that moving around so much has made it hard for a college team to get to know me, and follow my progress.
A little more about me, when I was 10 years old we moved to Brazil. I learned Portuguese and I played on an all boys soccer team for 5 years. When we moved back, we were in Utah for 6 months. There I played my Freshman year of soccer on the largest and top ranked 6A soccer team, American Fork. I was also invited to travel and play with the Avalanche Club team. We then moved out to Maui, Hawaii where I joined the Rush club team.
I love soccer, and am going to play at the next level. I work hard, and there isn't a whole lot that comes before soccer to me. I have verbally committed to UCF!!
