Kamia Veal '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello , My name is Kamia. I am an aspiring neurosurgeon. Focusing on school and sports has  always been a priority. Knowing that maintaining above average grades brings me closer to becoming a neurosurgeon, I work even harder.  I aim to continue playing soccer on a collegiate level. During my three years of soccer, I have learned what being with a team, sportsmanship, & learning patience is all about. From having a team of 6 to a team of 12, it gives a broader view on the importance of teamwork. While playing, I always keep in mind that patience is key when it comes to scoring.  Being a forward and playing the beautiful game of soccer has allowed me to know that it’s not always about scoring goals; playing on the field with your heart and team is just as important.
