Personal Statement
I am a goalkeeper who loves to protect my turf. I'm naturally right footed, but I'm equally as good with both feet. I am hard to defend on balls in the air around the goal. I have an excellent first touch and am very good at playing balls to my defense. I'm 5'8 and I'm built very strong. I'm quick on my feet and able to react fast to the opponent's shots.
Accomplishments:
- Currently training with ODP
- In 2016, we won the Illinois State Cup with a shutout.
- In 2018 I was named All-Sectional and All-Conference in my first year of high school.
- 2019- I was named for my second year All-Sectional and All-Conference
- 2019 stats 11 goals allowed, 80 saves, 6.2 saves per game and 11 shut outs
Stats: Allow 13 goals all season and delivered 8 shoutouts as a freshman.
Feedback from my High School Nick Namio- Naomi Jackson has the best hands of any Freshmen keeper in Freeport history.
She catches everything clean and can quickly get a hand on close range shots. Naomi can hit the ground
quickly and doesn’t let much go over her head either. She is very technically sound and improved immensely as
the season progressed. She has had a very solid season and has a very bright future as a goalkeeper.
