Jennifer Serban '24 Recruiting Profile

• Hi, my name is Jennifer Serban and I'm a 2024 graduate.  I fell in love with soccer while playing with the boys in the schoolyard when I was 6 years old.
  My favored position is attacking midfield but I can play anywhere in the midfield or forward.
   I currently play for Michigan Hawks ECNL.
  Some of the achievements through soccer that I'm most proud of are:

- the 2022 ODP National Interregional Event - Orlando Florida - Representing Region 2,
- 2019 ODP National Training Center Event - Tampa, Florida, Representing Region 2,
- Super Y National Champion (2019),
- 2x 3v3 National Champion (Orlando and Nashville). 

 I am honored to have been chosen to be my team's captain and it gives me a heightened sense of responsibility and motivation. My friends and family would not describe me as the shy type but as an energetic, positive person. I  had many challenges like being a late bloomer and having to put in extra effort to compete against bigger players through better ball-Handling skills and a better understanding of the game. My goal is to bring to College a competitive spirit, not only in soccer but in the school environment too.
