I have been playing soccer for 12 years of my life, 7 of those competitively. Throughout these 12 years I have gained a countless number of beneficial skills and experiences. I have learned how to become "coachable" and how to work with my teammates to run an efficient team. I have also learned how to take successes and failures in an appropriate manner to be able to constantly improve on and off the field.
I am a defender and have always been able to see the field in a way that is indescribable. I can see what the offender is thinking before they start their play and am able to position myself accordingly. I know how to build relationships with the rest of my back line to be able to effectively communicate with them on the field. I have trained myself to become a physical and fearless player and I give 110% every play.
I do not let my personal life interfere with my performance on the field and I have conditioned myself to use my emotions as strongsuits for my playing. Missing out on two high school seasons brought about a new appreciation and determination to the game for me that would be a huge asset to any team I am a part of. Soccer is my first love and I will give everything I have in any situation where I get to continue developing my game.
