Zoey Wilson '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is Zoey Wilson, i am currently 17 years old and entering my senior year of highs school. I've been playing soccer for about 12 years now. I cant say its been all rainbows and sunshine however I never lost my desire to win, succeed, and build an unforgettable bond with my team. Along with soccer I play other sports including basketball (My team made it to the 2023 state game in las Vegas, unfortunately we lost by 40 points) I also have found an interest in lacrosse however, our team is not very advanced although a lot of us have grown beyond what we would've imagined. I am currently employed as a soccer sprouts coach, teaching kids from the ages of 18 months to 10 years old how to play soccer. Being a part of so many teams has taught me how to keep my social life and preferences separate from my soccer life, I know how to work with a team drama free and to leave every problem off of the field. I've learned leadership skills and how to speak up both on and off the field. In my free time I like to hang out with my friends, going to the lake, food trucks, movies, or swimming, I also like to hang out with my family as much as I can. I also like to spend some days for some quality alone time to get a headspace reset.
