I am a highly dedicated student, soccer player and track runner. I am focused on doing well on and off the field. I finished my freshman year with all A's and B's. I was on the honor roll all four marking periods. My freshman year schedule included Honors World History, English and French classes. In the fall of my freshman year, I was a keeper for the JV girls soccer team at Union High.
I was a member of the Union Soccer League, as a player for the Union Lady Scorpions (travel soccer). During the winter of freshman year, I participated in the indoor soccer games as a Scorpion. I was the goalkeeper for the Union Lady Scorpions during the Fall of 2014 and the Spring of 2015. Unfortunately, the fall 2015 travel season was been cancelled due to a lack of team members and the fact that many of the girls play for their respective high schools during the fall.
I am excited to announce that I was the starting goalie for the Varsity soccer team in the fall of my sophomore year. In my first week as a Sophomore Varsity goalie, I ranked in the top 10 in the state of New Jersey for saves with a total of 20 during the week of September 7, 2015.
In the fall of 2015 I was accepted to the U.S. Parma Soccer Club as a starting goalie for the U16 Aventura team.
I also have won numerous medals as a member of the Union High School Girls Track team. I will continue to work hard throughout my high school years and beyond.
I was the starting goalie for the Varsity soccer team in the fall of my junior year. I was nominated for Best Goalie in Union County (NJ) and won 2nd place out of a field of 23. My work ethic is to always give 110%.
Outside of soccer, I am a member of my local Catholic Youth Organization. I am also a Teen Mentor at my high school. In the summer of 2017, I volunteered at the Children's Specialized Hospital in Mountainside, New Jersey.
My senior year at Union High School has been exceptional as I was one of the three girls varsity soccer captains. We had a fantastic fall season as we won 14 out of 20 games. I am excited to say that 9 of the 20 games were shutouts. We came in second place in Union County because Westfield and Scotch Plains tied for first place in the county. Our final game was a state game against Ridge where we lost 2-1. It was a great season!
