Anna Sas '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Anna Sas.  I am a student at North Central State College, located near Ashland, Ohio.   I took the past two years focusing on college and work and am now looking to continue my education in Medical Imaging at a four year institution and would really love to get back on the pitch and play soccer at the college level.

 I am a versatile player,  dominant at most positions on the pitch, my favorites being Right Mid and Attacking Mid and I am dropped to defense (Sweeper) when the game situation requires it.  I am dedicated, hardworking, fast, physical player that is physically and mentally strong and a positive leader on and off the field.  I am a quick learner that is responsive to coaching and a favorite of the coaching staff for my coachability, eagerness, dedication, discipline and the example I set for my fellow teammates.  With my current knowledge of the game, solid foot skills, and unselfish attitude, I am utilized anywhere on the pitch.  I am always eager to learn more about the sport.  I love to be challenged during practices and games. 

For both my club and high school teams, I played a lot of middle mid, to coordinate my team and carry and distribute the ball and stop opposing attacks early, while creating scoring opportunities for my teammates.   I am capable of making runs from anywhere on the field and often set my teammates up for crossing / scoring opportunities.

My academic goals are to balance my athletics and my academic studies.  Currently, looking at BS of Science in Medical Imaging or Radiology
