Emily Berlin '22 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'10" Goalkeeper from Cincinnati Ohio. I have played two years of high school soccer splitting time in a two goalkeeper system.  I play club soccer for Cincinnati United Premier (CUP) on the  CUP Gold 2004 team,  in 2018-19 we played in The National League and, in the Premier I division of the Great Lakes Conference.  In 2019-20 I will be playing up a year, on the CUP Gold 2003 team as the only Goalkeeper.  Playing in the Ohio South State League and, Premier 2 in the Great Lakes Conference. You can find me on the field leading my team in warm-up drills along with directing and encouraging my teammates during the game.   I am the person that will embrace and welcome new players and new friends to the team or in school, making them feel at ease and comfortable.  I currently carry a 4.189 weighted GPA. 

I am looking for a larger university that offers a balance of athletics and academics.  I am currently exploring majors in Pre-Pharmacy or  Engineering.  I would like the opportunity to make an immediate and positive impact on the team.
