Ever since I began playing soccer in 2nd grade, I knew I never wanted to stop; I aspired to be a professional one day. I have so much passion for the game; stepping out under the lights to play is one of the best feelings I can think of. This motivates me to do the best I can to secure a spot as a starter. I believe that as an incoming junior I will have the skills to lead and ensure success for my team. My statistics show that I am in the top percentage, academic wise, in my school. One skill that many overlook in a sport like soccer is the ability to think quickly and make the best decision. I know I can do that. Not only was i considered the fastest on my team last year, I am continuing to improve this aspect in the off-season: joining the track team and working hard for my club team.  My love for soccer will never  fade.
