I'm Grace Mazzocca. I have a heart for Jesus Christ and a love for volleyball. I'm the youngest daughter of Carl and Beth Mazzocca. I have a older brother Nick and 2 older sisters Kayla and Brooke. My parents have always taught us to have a strong work ethic and to use our gifts to glorify the Lord. I have applied that work ethic to my school work and volleyball. Since I started playing volleyball, I have dreamed of playing at the collegiate level and being coached by the best.
I've always had to work really hard at my school work to earn good grades. I feel like this has prepared me to be ready for academics at the collegiate level. Right now, I want to pursue a degree in Graphic design but I am not completely set on that.
I apply that same work ethic to my athletic training. My mother was blessed to play Division I Basketball for The University of Akron. She has taught me the type of commitment collegiate athletics demand. I train hard and love being on the court whenever I can. I’ve played club ball since 7th grade and I have played varsity since my sophomore year while getting some reps as a freshman. I have had the privilege of playing along side my sister Kayla the past few years and have learned a lot from her. She will be attending the University of Wyoming to play volleyball in the fall of 2021.
Regards, Grace Mazzocca
