I am a very committed and determined athlete. The middle of 3 kids, I lived in Manhattan Beach, CA for 14 years and have just relocated to South Carolina. I began playing soccer and volleyball at age 8 and began to focus solely on soccer in middle school. I got my first club offer at age 8 and, each year, moved up levels of play. The year COVID hit, I was playing for the Beach FC G06 DA team. I was a starting left forward and a good leader on the team. Through COVID, I worked on my own, stayed in shape and moved to Charleston, SC. Upon arrival I tried out for SC Surf's top G06 team, and SC United ECNL. After being offered a spot on both teams, I chose SC Surf due to location and knowing how strong San Diego Surf club was back in SoCal. Freshman year, I attended Bishop England High School on Daniel Island and was a starting freshman player on the varsity team. I left Bishop England and now attend Crown Leadership Academy, which does not have a soccer team, but I can work at my own pace and enroll in dual credit classes.
What makes me different from other players is that I am an outside of the "wolfpack" type of kid. I’m also a lefty. I’m not the girl who is in the typical click or gang of girls. I earn my respect from my team by working as hard as possible on the field. I also try to be the best example for others on the field. I try to keep a positive mindset in hard games, and try to get my team hyped before games. I am also an honest player-if i make a mistake I own up to it and am not afraid to do so. I try to be the best me around everyone and constantly challenge myself.
I want to play DI or DII soccer. I believe in finding the very best fit for me to thrive and be my best self. I am interested in a major in psychology and a minor in team management perhaps to be a sports psychologist, and/or exploring other fields where I use both studies.
I am a great candidate for your college team because I constantly challenge myself and challenge my teammates to be better. I believe I have yet to reach my full potential, am coachable and am a very fast, strong and skilled LEFT footed forward.
