Abigayle Ponder '21 Recruiting Profile

   Academically I am successful because I work hard to get straight A's and a higher GPA. I strive to get all honors classes because I like to challenge myself to be the best that I can be. Academics has always been most important over everything.

   I am better athletically because I read the field well, I'm strong mentally and physically, and I know when to dribble, pass, and shoot. A forwards job is to get the ball into the final third and keep it there until your teammates push up and help start the attack on goal.  As individuals we can be defeated but as a team we can be unstoppable. I train myself to the limit to make myself better and better because there is always room for improvement.
