A coach of mine once told me at an early age "Soccer progression is a marathon, Ally, not a sprint."
My "marathon" started in recreational soccer at the age of four. Moved to academy, to middle school soccer, to ECNL Composite, and currently ECNL and high school varsity. I thrive off challenges, and I always maintain the desire to be pushed outside of my comfort zone. I am respectful of my teammates, constantly motivating and supporting them through all they do. I am confident on and off the field, yet humble. I lead by example. I am a perfectionist. I will continue to work until my goal has been accomplished. You could say my goal, or "finish line," is to play soccer at the collegiate level.
A few recognizable moments for me are as follows:
I was soccer MVP at the Texas A&M soccer camp in 2015. While I was there, I was immediately placed in a group with girls one-two years older than me. I was part of the Olympic Development Program for two years, and I was invited to play on the top ODP team in north Texas during the annual Alabama camp. I was named track and field MVP my eighth grade year. I am currently on the ECNL "players to watch" list. I just completed my first year as a starting freshman on my high school varsity soccer team and was leading scorer for the season. Including completing a "hat trick" in a district game.
