Personal Statement
I first fell in love with the game when I was in coach pitch and I was the only girl who hit two off of the Coach. I have loved it ever since. Through softball I have learned I can be a game changer.
I have faced educational obstacles but I refuse to let that hold me back. I have dyslexia and I was never great at spelling or reading but with my determination and some help from my teachers I have improved so much I have gotten A/B honor roll many times. In school, I am hoping to make National Honors Society and be top in my class when I graduate.
Softball is my favorite sport but I also play volleyball, basketball and I throw shotput and discus. This year I played on my basketball A team and got 4th in District in shotput. I love playing all these sports and always try to do my best.
