Jenna Burkham '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Jenna Burkham.  I am a 17 year old junior at Gregory-Portland High School in Portland, Texas. I play varsity soccer for GPHS. I have been a part of the varsity soccer team since my freshman year because I was moved up for playoffs.  I played in all playoffs games my freshman year, from district to regional finals. My sophomore year I had a season ending ACL injury after being named starting striker. I worked hard after having ACL surgery,  in December of 2018, listened to my athletic trainer, and coaches, and was named starting right wing for my junior season, but soon moved to the forward position.  We were undefeated district champs.   In my free time I volunteer as a coach for a U5 boys soccer team, and I'm actively involved with my church in many aspects. I'm currently playing with Dynamo out of Corpus Christi.
