Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Alexis Jacobsen. I am 15 years old and have been swimming for around 10 years. I enjoy distance freestyle, IM, and backstroke. I am a Sophomore at Lakewood high school and am taking all honors classes and one AP class. In college, I am hoping to major in astrophysics or study something in the law or medical field. I am also pretty interested in political sciences. I am very dedicated to both my athletic and academic career, maintaining a 4.0 GPA or higher and rarely missing practice. I am a very motivated individual, who looks forward to continuing my high school career and is excited about college.
