Jenna Stanton '20 Recruiting Profile

Upon graduation I wish to attend a college that will challenge me in athletics and academics. I am confident that I will make a positive impact on your school and community with my work ethic, leadership skills, and dedication.

As a freshman, I was educated on the value of leadership, teamwork, and commitment by swimming with three talented seniors on relays throughout the season. The following two years I was voted to be captain and found that I was going to be the one shaping the program for the next three years. I use this responsibility to set academic and athletic standards for all of my teammates, along with myself.

I believe that my self motivation is one of the key attributes that sets me apart from other athletes. I quickly learned that in order to achieve success, one must be able to make sacrifices. As I continue into the next chapter of my life, I will keep the same positive mindset and willingness to challenge myself.
