Personal Statement

My name is MaKayla Meredith. I will be a sophomore the fall of 2019 at Rockvale High School, TN. I joined NCSA because I want to continue swimming in college as well as study medicine and psychology. I have always had good grades through out my life and I’m going to continue that through out the rest of high school and college. I haven’t looked for a specific college yet but I know I want to go to one where I can thrive as a student and a swimmer. Swimming has taught me patience and hard work. My high school coach told us all year long that swimming is a thinking sport, that you need to know when and what your doing when you’re doing it. Every little thing counts. I am ready to work just as hard as anyone else to thrive in the sport I love.
