Personal Statement
4.20 Catholic School Student Athlete on First Academic Honors whose committed to growing, improving and working daily on my faith, relationships, my sport, and academics. My Catholic education has played a major part of who I am as a person. I began playing tennis when I was five years old, and thankfully, I have learned about being independent through playing this sport. I will work to keep my honor roll status throughout high school so I allow myself opportunities to attend a top academic college. I have played varsity tennis my freshman and sophomore years and have been a major contributor to my team in leadership and friendships. I will not quit in school, tennis, my family, friendships, and life.
I promise to always come to workouts, practice and matches with positive energy and attitude. College competition is a dream and I am committed to bringing inspiration, dedication, and empathy to my teammates. My coach, Angel Lopez, and I have worked and will continue to work to reach my goals now, and during my college career. Thank you for the opportunity and consideration.
