  • Since I reside in Canada our High School starts at Grade 10. Track and Field is not a popular Sport here and my training is minimal. I would say in 2016 and 2017 I practiced my throwing events 2 days a week for approximately 6 weeks. I love the sport and believe with more training and guidance I could exceed expectations.
