Hello! I'm Sama Fathi Ibrahim: a student-athlete who is motivated to be a thriving Female Athlete for my generation, especially in the sprints event. I feel as if I will be a great candidate for your team because I am a very driven, polite, humble, focused, and hard-working student-athlete. I'm originally from Libya but I was born and lived my whole life in Dubai an amazing city with an amazing support system for women. I have many achievements up my sleeve and a whole list of sports that I'm good at that range from basketball, volleyball, Thai boxing, football, and most importantly track and field. I also stay very active in my community. I volunteer at helping seniors, kids' summer camps, charity services, and Litfest UAE it's a literature festival that happens every year. I believe that I am a well-rounded student and athlete who's driven to grasp my dreams and hopefully achieve my BIG goal of becoming an Olympian and finish med-school to hopefully become a doctor which might sound impossible but it's actually achievable and eas done by many athletes before like Seun Adigun she's a Nigerian-American bobsledder, and track and field runner who specializes in the 100M hurdles while also being a Chiropractor and Biomechanist, she really inspires me and so do many other athletes which is why I want to expand my athletic and academic career by going to uni and putting the time and effort for my bright future.
