Trained with Mitch Monarchino for three years. Mitch is an All American from Central College where he graduated with a kinesiology degree. He also is a competitor in Olympic Style Weightlifting and a CrossFit instructor. He spent a lot of time on form coming out of the blocks and hurdling.
