Caroline Cronen '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I’m Caroline Cronen and I’m a senior at Mercy Academy. I’ve been running track since my freshman year and my primary event is the 400m and my secondary event is the 800m. My favorite event is definitely the 4 x 800m relay!! I’m involved in numerous extracurriculars at my school, including NHS, NAHS, Mercy Ambassadors, Peer Leaders, and more. I also hold two major leadership positions which are Senior Class President and Doyle House Captain. Along with track, I also enjoy running cross country in the fall. I’m a lifeguard in the summer and I work at Chick-fil-A year round. 

My goal as a collegiate athlete is not only to excel in my sport, but to also make close connections with my team. My favorite party of my track experience in high school is how the team is like a family to me. We push each other and encourage one another on and off the track. I couldn’t imagine my life without my team at this point and I hope to find another team like it in college. 

Lastly, I’m an incredibly hard working person. Whether that’s on the track, in school, or at work, you can always expect 110% effort from me.
