Personal Statement

I am a dedicated track and field athlete from Marion, KY. I have overcome many difficulties, such as heart surgery, an appendectomy, and I am stronger because of them. I am a hard-worker, and train year-round. Most importantly, I love what I do. I love to run, when there are no races, no performances, I just love to run. It is a passion God has put in my heart, and I always give the glory to him.
