Track & Field makes me a better person mentally and physically. I enjoy coming to practice every day, it's the highlight of my day. No practices are optional for me, I work to get better and be the best that I can be, so I can reach my goals. The workouts can get tough but I will always push through because I know it's only going to help me be a better athlete. Other than doing High jump and Long jump, I also enjoy the Pentathlon!
