Personal Statement
My goals are to compete in Cross Country and/or Track as well as excel academically throughout my college experience. I am a great teammate, very hardworking, and adaptive in all situations. I form strong bonds with teammates and enjoy celebrating team success throughout every season. In the off season, I am always finding a time to get a workout in and pushing myself through them, knowing that it will help me when it comes time to compete again. Currently, I am ranked number one in my class and strive for excellence in the classroom. For these reasons, I aspire to further my running career to continue pushing myself. Competing at the college level would not only allow me to pursue my dreams of running in college, but it would also give me an education--leading to the next adventure in my life.
