Personal Statement

Running gives me self respect for myself and others and I think it makes me a better person in a lot of ways. Even if I don’t get into collage for running it’s something I will always do.

ActivitiesI am involved in Future Healthcare Professionals club, Glamour gals, Amaranth(poetry) club, Women’s Affinity group, Adventure Fitness club, Mock trail, and Interact. Some of these clubs I have been doing since freshman year others I jumped into sophomore or junior year. I did DECA sophomore and freshman year but am not able to participate without a business class which I am not taking because I already know I won’t major in business I may take honors office senior year to learn how to use excel and word better. I speak and read fluent Polish because my mom is from Poland and sent me to Polish school once a week from kindergarten to 11th grade. Lit and Lang are my favorite subject. I would like to go to college to earn a a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and run at the same time because being a nurse is my dream job and to be able to peruse that and run would mean a lot because I don’t think I’m ready to stop competing after high school.
