Hailey Gaidis '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches!! My name is Hailey Gaidis and I'm a forward/midfield recruit for the class of 2027. I currently go to Bishop Eustace Preparatory School and live in Medford, NJ. What makes me different from other recruits is that I don't just want to play at the collegiate level, but I want to compete. I have a strong work ethic, and I just want to do what will help me be the best version of myself on and off the field whether that is extra trainings, lifting, or speed work. I am also told by others like coaches and teammates that I have speed like no other, among field hockey I also do track and field and am a national competitor in sprints and jumps. My speed work helps me to be agile on the field, get to balls like no one else, and hustle as well as be extremely aggressive. Not only on the field but off the field, I want to be the best teammate I can be. I believe that having team accomplishments is better than over having only individual accomplishments, and it is so important to use your teammates instead of relying on individual abilities.
