Personal Statement
I'm passionate about running, and wish to pursue cross country track and field at a collegiate level. As a student-athlete, I hope to go to a school where I can be challenged academically as well as athletically. I hope to PR in my main events, the 1500 and the 3000, and I believe I can do so not only with my hard work, but with my mental strength and competitiveness as well. I was recently named one of three captains for my upcoming cross country season as a junior, and was named my team's Most Valuable Varsity Runner of 2020 as a freshman. I am looking forward to a great school year, cross country season and track seasons.
