Growing up surrounded by athletes I have that constant urge to succeed and be the best of the best. I strive to be better then I was the day before by putting countless hours in the gym as well as the court. I believe the relationship that you have with your teammates as well as your coaches is what essentially will make or break the team.

I have trained at Athletic Movement Protocol for 1 year. Switched over to BPT to train with a licensed physical therapist to help me with my range of motions as well as strengthen me. I work out at Planet Fitness almost everyday for about an hour.
