Personal Statement

My name is Shannon M. Briseno, I am a 2023 graduate at Edmond Memorial High School I jumped for the Edmond Memorial Track Team as a pole vaulter and junior was my third year on the Varsity Edmond Memorial Track team and my 5th year overall. During my sophomore year I jumped 10 feet I qualified for the state competition as a sophomore and then pointed for my team in 8th place. That team placed second overall at the state championships. I was a regional champ during my junior year and came third at the state meet. I have been training with Joe Dial to reach my current goal. My current PR is 11.5.75ft.
