Violette Browner '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Violette Browner. Growing up I loved sports, I became very active and passionate about competitive figure skating at a young age of seven. I gave up most of my childhood to spend time training on the ice. I’ve continued to compete throughout high school and have completed a series of Moves in Feild Testing to show my commitment to this sport. 

From skating, I’ve learned; time management, goal setting, mental and physical strength, and how to easily and quickly adapt to different situations and settings. I also learned how to be a supportive friend/peer and a strong competitor which I hope to bring to a future track team. I also hope to carry these lifelong skills with me to a college with a supportive track team.
