Personal Statement

My name is Olivia Durham. I am a senior at Wren High School. I have ran track and cross country since 7th grade. I do lots of running, and spending time with my family and friends in my free time. Running is my passion and my dream to is to run in college. I hope to fulfill my passions and dreams in my future.

The thing that impacted me at Nike running camp the most was the leadership class taught by George Sanderlin. It was life changing because he did not sugar coat that I should be a better leader and want to do better for my team . One thing I learned that I want to implement is mentoring younger runners.
