Chanelle Sutton '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Chanelle Sutton, I am a junior at Union Educational Complex in Mt.Storm, WV.  My goal is to get a scholarship for track and field.  I participate in 300M Hurdles, 200M dash, 100M dash and High jump.  I am a four-season athlete, track and field, golf, volleyball and basketball.  I participated at state level Track and Field my freshman and sophomore year along with Basketball my freshman year.  I am in the weight training program. I am currently undecided on what college I plan to attend, I have researched several colleges and narrowed it down to three.  I'm also undecided on what i want to major in.  I am very goal oriented; I plan to have a B average or above in college.  My current GPA is 4.375.  I have completed two college courses this year, AP European History and Mass Communication.  I am currently taking Psych 101. I have been class president for two years.  I am a member of the National BETA Club, RAZE and Student Council. I am on A honor roll and have had perfect attendance since 1st grade.  I was chosen to attend the HOBY leadership seminar and the Chic-Fil-A leadership summit.  I was chosen for student honors for WELD radio station and student athlete for 106.1 radio station.  I volunteer for several organizations including Helping Hands, Hope Fest, Animal Shelter, Benefit for Cancer, Church and Bible School.  I was the first ever Miss Union High. I have participated in Math Field since 4th grade, last year i made it to regionals.
