Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Addison Vinson, and I am in the class of 2025 attending The Montgomery Academy. I have been playing volleyball since I was seven. I have five older siblings, three sisters and two brothers. I have played club ball at CCJ for 7 years including this season. I am a extrovert—I love being out a new meeting new people. I grew up watching one of my sisters play volleyball. She got to play at the collegiate level and I work hard to be able to play at that level as well. I am willing to be coached, to be a team leader, an give me best to the college I get to play at. I am a energetic and competitive teammate. I will push my teammates to be their best along with having a lot of laughs. Yes, it is important to be serious and get valuable reps, but loving the sport will automatically make a game or practice fun. I am very academically driven and I take my grades very seriously. I am currently an all “A” student an I take two honors classes. I want to pursue a nursing degree and have a career in the medical field. I am open to learning everything about this sport that I can, and I plan on doing it at the college I attend!
