I finished my Sophomore year recently and I’m looking forward to be allowed to speak with college coaches. I’m 6’1, weight 163, 4.2 GPA, 2021 graduate. I’m determined to play volleyball at the collegiate level at a great University. I work very hard both as a student and an athlete hoping to establish myself as a top recruit. I was very successful in my Sophomore year and here’s some information about it. I spend a lot of extra time trying to make myself well known. For example, I doubled up on my AP courses, played varsity basketball and volleyball for my school winning All- County, I also play club volleyball. All of these things take up a lot of time as you know but I’m proud to report I maintained my 4.2 GPA for the second year. I am very easy going, extremely coachable, very serious about my academics as a student-athlete, love working hard and playing hard. I know I could be a great addition to any team.
Few players will gain more from the Tuesday night win than freshman Reese Colburn, who went for 18 kills and two blocks for the Blue Devils.
“In the few games we’ve had before this, she’s really stepped it up and to step it up against a good opponent like this really means a lot. I think she’s going to go far,” said Coach Treadaway of Colburn.
