Katie Banks '19 Recruiting Profile

   I have been playing sports since 8th grade. I started with volleyball and than later joined softball. I enjoy both sports and am willing to play either in college. I envision my college years to be a personal growth period both physically and mentally. My goal is to explore a science major. I am most interested in pursuing a nursing or perhaps dentistry career that will position me well for medical school. On the court, I plan to be a team player and positive influence on the team. I am encouraging and I absolutely love the sport which furthers states that I will work extremely hard and do whatever it takes to hold my position as a player. As I grow both throughout my college career, I will strive to be an asset to the lineup. Most importantly, I will conduct myself with dedication,  respect and honor on and off the court, knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school I attend.
