JTR functional volleyball performance training serves athletes physical needs by mimicking the velocity of volleyball while implementing the most comprehensive and cutting edge training possible. Training course is split up into 3 phases where I will provide quick and effective ways to improve maximal strength and power outputs along with staying healthy and on the court for the long haul.
